It's pretty dirty in some of the stores and the Asian food hall has quite a lot of dust and dirt, the tables and chairs are functional, but a bit scruffy. A number of the stores have shutdown, esp after Covid. Service is good, some not as good.

All that said, it is my favorite takeaways in all of Auckland. Best Thai, Best Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.
