My wife and I have been part of this gym community for over 4 years. She’s here five times a week, making the most of the free classes included in her membership. The staff are always friendly and genuinely go out of their way to help. Unlike the flashy franchise gyms with deep pockets and glossy marketing, The Y is a true community gym. I strongly advise avoiding this place. I informed them on the day the new term started that my child would not be continuing with the basketball club. Despite this, they threatened to involve a debt collector to recover fees for the upcoming term. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable behaviour....
