Noodle Canteen — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Two staff were there when I walked in (6/9/23) to order, 1 was the supervisor n the other was a new staff (does not know what he's doing) put my order through and the new staff start asking questions to the old staff how to work the till same time I'm talking to the old staff member with his back on me. Got my order and first thing I saw is uncooked noodles way too much oil and 1pc of broccoli on top. With the prices of all dishes and with this service, Noodle Canteen franchise please you need to get rid of this old staff there at Mangere shop. Lucky you have a star from me after that...

You have very poor customer service. I came tonight to the Mangere store and a staff member is standing at the door, it says they are open till 10pm and I got turned away. You need to actually close your doors then if you are closed not stand there and turn away potential customers and when they are talking to you not even respond and just look at your phone. Very disappointed. I regularly go to the noodle canteen in Royal Oak but the Mangere one is closer to home so thought I would give it a go. I got a number 17, honey chicken with noodles. There was more batter then chicken. I sauce was overly sweet like something had been missed out. There were ends off vegies that you would normally discard. Waste of money. Won't...
