WOW, WOW, WOW! What a find this place is.😃 Beautifully laid out interior with big clean, tall windows allowing the space to fill with light and sun.Soft and dreamy music...a very unique and clever choice. Friendly staff with happy welcoming smiles! We ordered the eggs Benedict..the best I have had in a long, long time.A great deal of effort in regard to a beautiful presentation ..thank you Chef...eggs were perfect, bacon tasty and not overcooked and the rosti was browned to a magic crispy finish. Five Stars! We also had the orange and date scone but it was very dry.Small Flat white double shot coffees were served but, as in most other cafes with too much milk..they are not meant to be lattes, but they were hot.The eggs seemed to take a long time to arrive even though the cafe was not busy (as I said earlier...the Chef is a perfectionist 🙂). Today I'm going to leave just 4 stars but I can't wait to visit these folks again and I'm certain that my rating will be 5 stars. Thanks for having us at your place today and making us...
Read more"My first experience at Momma Fe was truly delightful! From the warm greeting to the impeccable service throughout the evening. The ambiance is perfect for special occasions, with just the right blend of Filipino hospitality and comfort.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the surprise birthday cake arranged by the thoughtful staff. Not only was it beautifully presented, but they also played the birthday song over their speakers!
By far, this is the best Filipino restaurant I've been here in Auckland.
Overall, our experience at Momma Fe exceeded expectations. It's clear that they prioritize not only the quality of their food but also the overall dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an exceptional and authentic...
Read moreMomma Fe Cantina Café is our go-to spot for amazing Filipino food! We ordered their iconic pork sisig, pork BBQ, sinigang, salted egg salad, halo-halo, and everything was absolutely delicious. The sisig was my favorite: flavorful, perfectly seasoned, not too greasy, and so satisfying. The halo-halo was the perfect ending, it was creamy, crunchy, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
The service is great, and the restaurant has a warm, homey vibe. It can get busy, so I recommend booking a reservation ahead and preordering your favorite dishes. Parking can be limited, so it’s good to have a plan B if the on-site spots are full.
Overall, such a fantastic place whether you’re after a coffee, a hearty family meal, or just craving authentic Filipino flavors. Highly...
