Visited Toast to Toast at Sylvia Park and while the food was enjoyable, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The attendant taking orders seemed grumpy and unapproachable, barely communicating clearly and appearing visibly irritated. There was mumbling, angry gestures, and even throwing items around the kitchen—not something you want to see when ordering food. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong, which added frustration to an already uncomfortable experience. No apology, no acknowledgement—just bad vibes all around. The lady staffing the truck was very lovely, with a beautiful smile. Our toasties were made fresh and I enjoyed every bite of it, albeit it was a bit messy to eat.
We tried the garlic egg and bacon flavour as well as the Korean Bulgolgi one. Both were fantastic. The bread was thick, and toasted very well, the outside was crispy and the inside still very soft and fluffy. The flavours and textures worked well together and there was no boring bite. It was a big sandwich as well, and I was very satiated after having it.

Read moreUnfortunately this toastie was just not quite balanced. It looks nice and looks just like the picture, but the distribution of ingredients in the sandwich are just top heavy. By the time you get to the bottom of the sandwich it's just egg and bread pretty much and it's also quite messy to eat since the egg is bulging out the top.
I was really hoping it was going to be easy to eat like Isaac's Toast. The flavour was pretty good at the top but then you lose most the sauce at the middle and bottom.
