Viet Viet Hansan — Restaurant in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

The lady who served me looks doggy,while I was paying by EFTPOS,she went to the side to do something else,and let me wait for a minute or two,when she returned,she told me that EFTPOS did not go thru,and required me to do again,with doubt on my mind coz I saw the accepted message,I decided to give another go,and immediately I checked my online account,guess what? I was charged twice,I demanded a refund ,she felt very calm by looking at the online account on my cellphone,and did not even say sorry but asked me to wait for a few minutes before she refund the double paid amount. I wonder if this outlet had been doing this dirty and dishonest trick to innocent customers all the time.

Please be aware of this outlet if you are there to buy their food.

I normally order Hue spicy beef noodle from this store. The taste is quite close to authentic as I can tell from the prawn paste & the lemongrass sautéed used in the soup.
