Visting Napier and our family felt like a curry for dinner. Spotted this place close to where we were staying. Great choice of food. So stoked we tried it out. Absolutely delicious! The 3 of us agreed it was the best curry we have had. The restaurant was lovely, the staff were friendly and so helpful and attentive. The naans were fluffy and perfectly cooked, with the cheese and garlic Naan being generously filled with cheese. Definitely recommend and will 100% be back next time we are here. Keep up the amazing job!

What a find. We are staying at Pebble beach hotel and read the menu. I walked down to get food due to a allergy I needed to chat to the staff to order a tomato free meal. The chef made me a special lamb Saag hot and I got a tasty perfectly hot spiced saag with so much tender lamb. My wife had the goat curry and she was impressed and raved to me about it. Meals served with rice is a bonus. We got naan and that was damn good. The cauli bites a a night e addition to any meal. Thanks for looking after me.

We stayed at the Motel next door to this restaurant. We looked at the menu in our room. We had food with us for dinner but thought we would order dessert as a treat and looked into breakfast for the following morning. My husband called through to the restaurant via a direct line on the phone in our room. He asked if they delivered, they confirmed they did, he placed our orders and gave our room number, and was told it would be15-20minutes. 45minutes later, I called to ask if there was a problem. The man stated they were really busy!! I asked if we would be getting it delivered, he said again 15-20 minute wait!! We waited IT NEVER CAME! So disappointing! We spent a large portion of time on edge waiting for someone instead of enjoying a relaxed stay. I wouldn’t recommend ordering via delivery they just...

Grabbed some takeaway from Kohinoor Continental and Indian Cuisine in Napier. Ordered chicken lollipops “medium spicy” and wow… they were blazing. More like Indian hot than medium. Same with the chicken korma — the chicken itself was tender and really well cooked, but the spice level just overpowered everything. My tastebuds are still crying.

On the upside, the cheese garlic naan was absolutely spot on — soft, buttery, and the best part of the meal.

They really need to get their spice levels right, because medium shouldn’t feel like a dare. I’ll probably give them another shot though, because the cooking quality is there — they just need to tone it down when...
