Pita Pit Napier — Restaurant in Napier

I love pita pit normally - however this one was not customer oriantated. We pulled in for dinner after a long day on rd and work, ordered, sat down and then was told by staff that they where closing in five mins it was 7:50pm, so basically we had take and eat our food in a motel rm. Our wraps where bland not your normal standard and the wedges where soggy and half raw like they had just microwaved them for 30 secs at best! Never have I ever eaten at Pita Pit where I was left feeling angry at the service and quality of food! If you hire young people for your store you need to train them on customer service. I had the Eggd Ultimate, it was great except I felt the bacon was undercooked. Annoying. My wife had the Eggd Smashed. We ordered at the kiosk and ticked requesting the habanero sauce to be removed as my wife cannot eat chilli sauces. When we got home we discovered the habanero had not been removed. The staff didn’t bother to read the order correctly! Very annoying! There was also no alert when the food was ready, it sat on the counter in a brown paper bag until we decided to query when our order would be ready. Also annoying. I ticked a lot of boxed for my so called Mexican large bowl yet when I opened the lid I was so disappointed with the lack of. Lack of chicken. The pieces were the size of 10. Cent peices. That's really not appetizing! There was more rice and jalapenos over anything else. It was bland, no sauce although I did choose 2. Overall, I would not place an order here again.
