BurgerFuel Napier — Restaurant in Napier

Pathetic experience, I order dinner dine in and paid before getting my first order. I was traveller, was tired of travelling from Auckland to Wellington and back to Auckland, in between I stayed at Burger Fuel Napier bcoz I heard alot of good stories about them. I didn’t get invoice from staff for my first order and while I was eating, I placed my repeat order for American Muscle double, BF staff listened and passed into the kitchen, I thought she may will prepare and bring. She didn’t informed me that I need to pay before getting order. This was my first ever visit in BF in NZ and came out as sad, annoyed and unhappy customer. I waited for my repeat order almost 15-20 minutes. I thought due to busy time kitchen staff might be taking longer time to prepare but when I checked at cash counter. Burger Fuel staff told me they need payment before getting, I never experienced this kind of thing in any...

Had dinner here recently and was pleasantly surprised by the creative and interesting selection of burgers on the menu. They cater well to different dietary needs, with solid gluten-free and vegan options available, which was great to see.

The food itself was delicious—flavorful, satisfying, and served in good portion sizes. Pricing was reasonable for the quality, making it a good value overall.

The only downside was the atmosphere. The music was unusually loud for a dinner setting, more reminiscent of a rave than a restaurant. It made conversation difficult and took away from what could have been a more relaxed...

Thursday 2 August. 9.30pm. Burger Fuel Napier. Food WAS Tastefully Delightful. Service from the Young man was THE BEST SERVICE we've received from the food industry at any time. Compared to the likes/service of MacDonalds. Burger King etc...This Young man had passion and fun -it WAS obvious HE loves his job AND Service to people WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! PROMOTE Him to a Managers Position. He deserves recognition. ALONG with a PAY RISE!!!! Burger Fuel YOUR Napier Store is EXCEPTIONAL. Food Well packaged. Well presented. Will DEFINATELY buy a Burger from there AGAIN!!! Keep UP the Quality Service...
