Pathetic experience, I order dinner dine in and paid before getting my first order. I was traveller, was tired of travelling from Auckland to Wellington and back to Auckland, in between I stayed at Burger Fuel Napier bcoz I heard alot of good stories about them. I didn’t get invoice from staff for my first order and while I was eating, I placed my repeat order for American Muscle double, BF staff listened and passed into the kitchen, I thought she may will prepare and bring. She didn’t informed me that I need to pay before getting order. This was my first ever visit in BF in NZ and came out as sad, annoyed and unhappy customer. I waited for my repeat order almost 15-20 minutes. I thought due to busy time kitchen staff might be taking longer time to prepare but when I checked at cash counter. Burger Fuel staff told me they need payment before getting, I never experienced this kind of thing in any other restaurant.
