I have few remarks regarding food and services.
We ordered 2 chicken biriyani (indian hot) and a bhuna lamb (indian hot). Waiting time for the food was 25 min but took almost 45-55 mins. Even at the end they forgot the rice that come with the curry. So we had to go back again. The least expectations are that the manger remembers to pack all the things. Next the biriyani: I will appreciate if the chefs introduce themselves to the things like salt pepper and at least basic indian spice. We ordered for a biriyani got unseasoned rice with some smell( that barely qualify for a basic pulao). Next lamb bhuna. As per my understanding lamb bhuna is not a mix of onion tomato and lamb. The food was unseasoned rather sweet ( even though ordered indian hot.i feel bad for the poor souls that order mild) . It's shame when restaurant charge you 15-20$ for a meal and serve unseasoned food, forget some order, no spice rather sweet and you feel like your home made biriyani is better...
Read moreReally excellent dinner. We ordered 2 starters, tandoori mushrooms and chicken65, thinking they would both be the usual 3-4 piece start size. Both were VERY generous,The tandoori mushrooms were large and full of flavour and the level of spice was just right for us.
For mains we ordered the saag aloo and the navratan korma. My wife is VERY fussy about saag, and any restaurant that does saag which meets her standards is one we'll always recommend. Once again the portions were generous and because of the large starters we couldn't finish them so had to take the rest home. We diod manage to split a lovely kesar kulfi though. The ambience was nice too - the background music was a selection of old filmi songs. Seeing SRK, Kajol, Big B, from K3G and Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya, Preity, Rani and others on screen was again was fun, and even one of my favouite ARR Tamil songs, chinna chinna assai.

Read moreWe are staying nearby for the night and walked over for an early dinner. We are so glad we chose this place, as the food was so tasty! There were 3 of us and we got the vegetarian platter for 2 as a starter. It was the best Onion Bhaji and Vegetable Pakora we’ve ever had. And the mint sauce was creamy and tasty. We normally don’t like mint sauce as it can taste a bit like watery grass. But this one was really tasty. The platter was plenty to share between three people.
We got mango lassi and the fresh lime soda. Everyone liked their drinks and my husband ordered a second lassi.
For mains, we got a mango chicken, malai kofta, and lamb korma, as well as the garlic cheese naan, and raita. Everyone liked their dishes. We left very happy and full.
Overall, we definitely recommend coming here for a meal. It was some of the best and most satisfying Indian...
