What an absolutely disgusting attitude by the owner. I had just had a lovely art deco weekend and was finishing it off with friends on the Sunday afternoon at this bar. I witnessed two gentlemen I was sitting next to being kicked out for closing the sliding door to the outside 😳 A guy came out aggressively saying they had to leave with no explanation and when asked why? He said I’m the owner!!! It was bizarre and made no sense. Worst of all the owner pushed a lady out of the way and her partner stepped in and told him to stop. Situated a short walk from expensive Restobars Water Bar is a regular pub you don't have to dress up to go to. Beer lines are well maintained ensuring quality & you have a big choice of draft beers. Had a roast last sunday. Perfectly baked gray beef. Potatoes with sprouts still growing roasted well. Sweet potato was very healthy not a drop of oil, great when baked till it was bright white.
