Le Posh Patisserie — Restaurant in Nelson

Way overpriced bakery and the quality of their sandwiches is below average. For NZ$15 I was expecting a great sandwich. But instead I got half a baguette from the day before, with chewy and crust-less stale bread, 3 tiny little slices of cheese and a bit of mediocre ham. No tomatoes, no salad, no gherkins, nothing, not even a smear of mayo or mustard. What a complete rip-off. Will never go back there, even thou some of their other items have been great in the past....

Great croissants and pain au chocolat. Very soft and buttery with good lamination. Don’t agree with other reviewers that it’s overpriced - $6 for a decent, large pastry doesn’t seem bad, and a Croque Monsieur for $8 hardly seems outrageous....

My friend recommended here, I ate blueberry tarte, it was very, very tasty. I like chocolates, so I would like to eat chocolate tarte next time. And I'll recommend...
