New World charges around $9.00 normal price for 200gms. Pomeroys confirmed their pricing. We can buy three 200gm packs for the same price for the 500gm. We want to support local businesses but we should not be gouged for doing so. Buyer beware!
Thank for your prompt response. All coffees sell on normal price in the $9.00 range in New World, with specials down to $6.99 or similar. They would not sell their whole coffee range as a 'loss leader". Their GP's are usually about 40%+ which indicates your wholesale price to them is $4-5 dollars and your manufacturing cost lower of course.
