Subway — Restaurant in Nelson

I had the most awful experience with this older lady today, who said on the phone she was the manager. Right from the start she had an attitude. When i asked for 1 six inch pulled pork and 1 six inch meat lovers with the same bread for bothm she begins to cut the bread when I said sorry could I please change the pulled pork to pork riblet, she replies with you want to change the pork one? I said yes please. After a wee bit she starts making the pork one and usess pulled pork. I than said oh sorry I changed from the pulled pork to the pork riblet. She then raises her voice and gets angry with me saying I ASKED YOU! i said I know I wanted to change the pulled pork to pork riblet, before I could even finish she said I ASKED YOU WHAT YOU WANTED TO CHANGE before I could even say something she cuts me off again and says I ASKED . I was so embarrassed that I was getting yelled by a staff member where everyone could hear. I said forgot it I don't want to actually eat here and walked out.when I rang up I I got her as she said she was the manager I said I wasn't at all happy and upset how I was treated. She still continues to be angry and giving me full attitude. She would not give me a email or phone number to take this further saying because there is 2 sides to a story. I am upset and angry on how she treated me. This is my local subway but I will not be back in the worry I would receive her again. Which is definitely not what you want...

Sometimes this place can be good and sometimes bad usually because of there staff, I ordered the breakfast bacon and egg sub the girl serving me forgot the bacon i had to get home and check then I went back and told her, she got really snappy at me she asked if I wanted a new sandwich or bacon in my sandwich and i asked for bacon in my sandwich, she thought i didnt hear her so she repeated herself but louder and angrier 😆 i told her bacon in sandwich is what i said I gave her my sandwich and she violently shoved a whole bunch of bacon in there and said "there you go now you got extra bacon😄"( I don't the she works there anymore but she had redish hair white skin and glasses) and another time a dude with a hairy mop head😄 was serving he had no hair net and was sweating I was about to ask for a sub but I just walked out(don't think he works there anymore either) Ive based my score off my bad experience I've been here several times the other staff are great thou usaully the...

The worst experience last night provided by a highly rudely islander girl. She literally wiped her hands on her shirt before putting gloves on 🤮 them continued to make the worst sub I had ever seen , literally heaping the salads all in the middle of the sub and chucking handfuls of pickles and carrots and then absolutely drowned it in sauce to the point where I had to say hey that's enough. Never have I seen such poorly trained staff, she also couldn't tuck in the sub with a knife ( because it was such mess) and literally didn't say a word at till.
