Domino's Pizza Whakatane — Restaurant in North Island

!!!!!!!!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCONSISTANT!!!!!!...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIABLE. DIKSHA NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW THINGS SHOULD RUN CONSISTANTLY AS WELL AS SOME FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERCICE AND GET RID OF THE ATTITUDE. RANG TO LAY COMPLAINT OF THE THIN CRUST PIZZA I ORDERED AS IT WAS THICK AND DOUGHY MORE LIKE A DEEP PAN. SHE SAID IT WAS HEAD OFFICE AS THEY WERE CHANGING THE THICKNESS OF BASES WHICH WAS STRANGE BECAUSE THE BASES HAVE BEEN INCONSITANT FOR THE PAST MONTH. ORDRED A GARLIC CHICKEN MAYO PIZZA AND MAYO WAS MISSING FROM PIZZA.ONCE AGAIN DIKSHA TOOK THE COMPLAINT, SHE INSISTED SHE PUT MAYO ON TO THE POINT WERE SHE WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME I WAS WRONG. ANOTHER TIME ORDERED A NEW YORKER AND SPENING OVER $17 I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD GET A BIT MORE PINEAPPLE OR HAM COMPARED TO THE $5 PIZZA BUT NOT.IT WAS SO STINGY I COULDNT SEE THE POINT. AFTER THIS I VOWLED NEVER TO RETURN TO WHAKTANE DOMINOS UNTIL MY FATHER ASKED TO PIK UP A HAWAIAN PIZZA FROM DOMINOS.PLACED THE ORDER BY PHONE AND WENT TO COLLECT .WHEN ASKED WHAT THE NAME WAS ONCE AGAIN SERVED BY DIKSHA WHO HAD JUST COME FROM THE BACK EATING PIZZA, I GAVE MY NAME AND SHE MENTIONED SHE WILL HAVE TO START COOKING ONE AS SHE HAD TO THROW MINE OUT AS SHE CHUCKLED AND LOOKED TO THE GIRL AT THE BACK WHO WAS ALSO EATING PIZZA. AN ARGUMENT WAS HAD, AND AT THE END OF THE DAY DOMINOS THERE ONLY ONE THING LETTING YOU DOWN AND ITS ONE STAFF MEMBER. MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE LOST...

It was ok ,only problem they don't speak up if your order is ready & being there for the first time with a fair amount of customers, i waited, i decided to change my can to a large bottle so I approached the counter with the bottle, $5's pls no I'm exchanging the can to the large bottle , second time repeating. Pizzas that were finished, i looked at the orders waiting to be taken my can was in the . pizza box .The girls need too learn customer service training. Service was awesome, place was clean and tidy. The pizzas left a lot to be desired and the chips were blimmen expensive. Only a choice of large or extra large pizzas and we ordered large which I'm almost sure was small . . . devious. Tried again and no change except the pizza crusts on both pizzas were burnt. The ham and pineapple tasted burnt. Not enjoyable at all. Hence I remove 1 star and only rate as 2 star. Will try Pizza...
