Crazy Rabbit Cafe — Restaurant in Wellington

You walk into crazy rabbit cafe and you see a $6.50 brownie. You raise your eyebrow. A brownie can't possibly be worth that much. That's a ridiculous price. One day your flatmate buys it for you. Your pupils dilate like the food critic in Ratatouille. You have a euphoric experience and see heaven itself and realize no, this cafe has done it. The brownie is worth $6.50. It's worth every penny. It is the brownie to end all brownies.

Stopped here for a tea and sandwich on my walk into town. Hataitai is not really on the tourist trail, but is an accessible and pleasant suburb. A yummy date scone with butter and any coffee for $6 as a combo. The coffee can be hit and miss unfortunately depending who is working though which is what stops me going here on a near daily basis.

They have a little play area for kids too if you are a parent this seems to be the place to go in the village...
