Paid for 3x waffles 1x mocchacino with coconut milk, 1x can of coke Got 2x chocolate waffles with chocolate sauce that was tainted tasted off, canned cream. Friends couldn't finish off their waffle as chocolate sauce left a tingling horrible taste even 2 hours later of drinking water trying to get rid of the horrid taste it left in your mouth was disgusting. 1x cappuccino normal milk which was mediocre. A normal can of coke which was later exchanged for a fizzy fruit drink, which was past it's expiry date and warm. Had to ask for table to be wiped down as it was sticky from previous patrons. Got the employee to taste the chocolate sauce and she agreed there was something not right. Will never buy anything from there again, was disappointed with lack of care and service was below par. And employees seemed disinterested, which showed in their end produce. Felt ripped off as myself and my friends spent over $60 in that place disappointed and now nursing an upset tummy. Will never go there again or recommend that place to anyone else, I will recommend people go elsewhere for better...

My granddaughter and I went out to enjoy a nice ice cream she got an ice cream, while I got an iced chocolate, there was two ladies working there one of the ladies was on her first day there with no practice at all and the other one was so grumpy she looked like she was about to explode because the new lady working there broke the cash register, oh yeah and when we first entered the shop they both told us to go away they are not open yet but when we looked on online at what time they opened it clearly said 12:00 but it was 12:30 how rude. When we got our ice cream and iced chocolate, they tasted terrible for some reason the new lady working there made the iced chocolate with way to much chocolate and ice there was hardly anything in there and the other lady who was helping her making said to put whipped cream on but when we got it there was a single drop of whipped cream, also the small cup of gelato was $6.50 and the iced chocolate was $9.50 this place is a disaster please save your money and do not come here you will waste your money, time, and mind.
