What an amazing little gem of a bakery on our door step in Pram Beach. I was told the pies are good so I had to check them out. I was like a child in a candy store at first not knowing what to choose... so many yummy treats to temp us. But I stuck to my mission and got what I went here for, a pie. Mince and cheese and it was really good! It was so nice I've been back here a number of occasions trying others..but the mince & cheese us superb. Our local patisserie. Pies, croissants, slices... what more can I say? This has now become my new favourite bakery up th coast. Always worth the drive up. My personal choice is their Kransky and mushroom pie. I love the mix of mushrooms and sausage gently tucked in a subtle gravy. Well balanced flavours (if you dig sausages like me) the base is baked to perfection, and the crust, flaky, topped with melted cheese. Been wanting to taste their world famous cheese scones,but am only ever up there in weekends,when they dont make them. Used my noggin and rang them early Friday morning and the luvly lady on the phone put the last 2 away for me,picked them up early Saturday and was not disappointed,they were awsum.As are evryting else in the shop,fresh bread is great and slices etc are huge and tasty. Almost look forward more to visiting there than seeing famz up...
