Service non-existent. Rude and stressed staff. We waited for 15 minutes yesterday to be served at the counter only to be ignored then told to use the digital ordering machine because eftpos was down. No 'eftpos down' sign at counter.
Why is eftpos always down at the counter when this place gets busy? It works fine with the order machines and at the drive-through. Just used as an excuse too often.
High staff turnover, tiny pieces of chicken, canned drinks, plastic-tasting potato and gravy with no potato, rude staff, expensive for what you get, often gets order wrong and you won't find out until you get home. Dirty and grubby, tables and chairs smeared in grease. Great place if you ever want a galloping case of botulism.

When the food didn’t arrive and the store did not answer the calls, I drove to the store to collect the food to be told by the manager they are not responsible for the delivery. Very frustrating. The food has been sitting in the warmer for over 1 hr. The manager rang the delivery driver for me to speak to which was pointless as I already wasted time and money by getting there myself. Read moreTonight we dined in at KFC Cambridge. I was served at the counter where the lady serving me was friendly, patient (I have had 2 strokes and was struggling to place our order tonight) and professional! She listened well and our order was 100% correct.
The food was hot and of higher standard than I have come to expect of KFC of recent times. Often at KFC you can get good service OR good food - they can do both!
I went to the counter after we had eaten and asked for the manager to give our feedback and was delighted to witness him immediately stop his team from working and clap his hands in applause celebrating them all for their good work!
