Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Very bad experience here. They were having a promotion and supporting charity, so we were like that’s awesome, let’s go support them. I have celiacs, so I can’t eat gluten, so before waiting in the long line, we went up to the cashier and made sure they could still do a celiac safe GF wrap during this promotion and she said yes, just make sure to tell them when you get to the front so they’ll change their gloves. We wait 20 minutes and get to the front and the girl says she can’t do it because it’s going to slow down the process too much. Really horrible customer service to tell someone with a disease that they won’t serve you after you specifically asked beforehand if they could...

My daughter and grandson and me went to Subway In Matamata. Omgosh we got the special of the day and it was way better than what we thought we'd recieve. The cool lady that served us was outa this world lol. She made our pork riblet rolls amazing with the yummy fresh veges an sauces, then we got a cookie and a drink. The lady who I wished I could remember her name had a fantastic sence of humour, the other ladies were cool to. The place was clean as and there's loos as well. My family and I are definitely going back, best Subway I've ever bn to. You all gotta go and try it's worth every cent you...

Not impressed being asked to wait till rolls had been cheesed. I waited for 3 then thought ok she will serve me. No, she pulled out another2 trays and started to cheese them.. I had to inform her I needed to get to work and she said she needed to put cheese on the rolls as they only have limited time and she is only person there. I had to remind her customers first. I only wanted a salad. And thats why they call it fast food. Nerissa was polite though . Maybe there needs to be someone else there...
