I’ve been here 3 times and sadly 2 of those times was a slight let down for me.

I was overcharged for a takeaway strawberry mocha, which including the $0.5 for takeaway should have been $7.5, but I was charged $8. Sadly I didn’t realise until I sent my friend the menu photo 2 hours later. Not a big deal but still not ideal.

The second time I was there for a takeaway flat white. I told the young man multiple times that I wanted a small, but he kept saying medium and seemed to have trouble understanding the rest of my order too. I’m a very anxious and was too nervous to ask if there was no small size available. Partly on me but I think staff training is also required in this case.

Hope to come back again and have a...

This is my new go-to coffee shop. I live quite far away, but I will definitely make an extra trip there whenever I visit Wellington. The staff are extremely lovely, they definitely go above and beyond to make your day. We bought some cake next store, and they happily let us sit there, EVEN IF we didn't buy anything for them. We did get two coffees and they're made beautifully! I am very excited to try their food with a nice cuppa coffee next ime I'm there. Please make a visit there if you can, they're genuinely kind, loving, helpful people. It was a windy, cold, rainy day, but their staff really warmed all our hearts, with their kind, kind hospitality (I honestly can't stress this enough). And that's difficult to find...

As first-time visitors to Wellington, West Two was just the cafe stop we needed on our way to Te Papa. With how warmly Abbie welcomed us the moment we stepped in, and it was like walking into a regular haunt. We ordered two cappuccinos and toasties, and the experience was delightfully bespoke from the water we were offered as we sat down to the jaffas that arrived alongside our coffee and tomato relish that came with our toasties. The coffee is definitely top-notch - it's not bitter and you don't need sugar to enjoy it, even with a sweet tooth like mine. West Two does justice to Wellington's reputation for coffee - we'll definitely be back...

The staff here are super friendly, especially for someone visiting New Zealand. I spent some time checking the menu, and they kindly recommended what I should try. The food is delicious, and the coffee is amazing. Definitely five stars — everything lives up to the hype! I just arrived in New Zealand early yesterday morning, and for my first meal today, I came straight to this place. I hadn’t even bought a SIM card yet, but I knew I had to try it. When I asked the staff for Wi-Fi, they kindly helped me out — honestly, they were my internet lifesaver! Thanks to them, I was able to find where to buy a SIM card without any trouble.
