Hell Pizza Balmoral — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

Had thee worst experience ever. I had ordered two pizzas (a seafood and a vegetarian one) and asked for chips and a garlic bread as well. Waited some time for the pizzas and then I wasn’t given my chips or garlic bread so I told them I had ordered them. A women from the back came to talk with me about it and straight off the bat told me no you didn’t order them. Which pissed me off bcz who is she to tell me what I did or did not order. She wasn’t even the one who took my order! I asked to speak with the person who took my order she spoke with him over the phone and spoke in Hindi? Told me No you didn’t order see you only paid for two pizzas. Had to re-explain my situation and got annoyed bcz she kept arguing with me instead of coming up with the simple solution; and obvious one. All she needed to do was say Sorry there’s been a mistake my colleague didn’t put your order through, can I make the order for you now? But no.. she just argued with me. So I came up with that solution explaining I didn’t care that it wasn’t paid for I would like to have some chips and garlic bread and will happily pay for them now but to my surprise she shook her head. I’m now furious so swore and took my pizzas. Will never return to such shit service AGAIN. Get home and the pizzas both a seafood and vegetarian pizza are covered in a disgusting mustard sauce! What the hell!??? Since when does a seafood pizza ever have mustard sauce with it-disgusting 🤮 so disappointed...

This place is so disgustingly dirty, I have reported it to the Council. Either they are blind, or you have forged your A rating, because it should have a FF rating. See photos as evidence of how grubby their computer screens, floors and even the 3 year old Covid poster is, god only knows how dirty the kitchen really is and lord knows what is climbing up the walls in the staff toilets. There are also old cockroach traps on the floor which tells you a thing or two. Ribs were burnt as reported by another reviewer and they speak such bad english they had to ask me to repeat myself 4 times and then still got the order wrong! If this is Hell's standard one has to ask oneself why? Just because you make your walls black doesnt mean the dirt doesnt show! Up your game! I was in the area so I decided to go there as it was closer. Ordered seafood pizza and a side order of wedges. 30 minutes later I was given a wrong order. I went back and got the right pizza but not the side order. I saw one of 5be guys grabbed the pizza that was sitting on the bench behind him for god knows how long. So I got the right pizza this time but it was cold and it didnt look like a seafood pizza. I Called the store and the crew person I spoke to gave me a whole bunch of excuses. What he could of said instead was "I'm sorry that we didn't provide you with the service you deserved and we can rectify that problem for you right now" instead he said "we're very busy and we're trying our best to make the orders" Three people standing around didn't know what to do while one person was doing all the work.
