Beautiful decoration, small space though when Full house. Quite noisy and space is tight.
Service is so so. We waited at the table for very long time before I had to go and asked if someone will take our order or we have to come to counter. Turn out we have to come to counter and pay but no one told us anything when they gave us the menu and water. (we arrived at 5.30 so not busy at all).
When we had food I asked for more water, waiter grab the empty bottle but never came back. Once we all finished the main course. No one check the table if we are ready for dessert, which I did order and paid for. I had to go to counter and asked for my dessert while staff stood there talking so they were not that busy. My dessert is pretty much. Grab Baklava from the tray to the plate. 5 sec job. Wait at table for little while before it came.
Strangely they severed Baklava with chocolate sauce 😕 it over powdering the goodness of baklava.
Go back with food, they were not bad. The sauce is so so. Their special sauce (mayo) is ok. Their spicy sauce it not spicy at all to people who love spicy. Asked for jalapeño it cost $2 extra, They did give spoon full which is fine.
Personally I think of their service better, I would probably enjoy more even food is not stand out.
Oh and the waiter dropped food on my friend back (because of space too too tight). Lucky it was just chip so not make a mess.
To be honest, I am a little bit disappointed. I had high hope and very excited to go. Cos the decor is so fancy. I hope food is amazing.
No one complained from our group but there is also no wow compliment either. I think most of us secretly disappointed. When I asked few friends they said oh it is ok.
There is no parking on site. So good luck find car pak. Probably easier at night. And not suit for wheelchair. It has stairs to go down the...
Read moreMy first Time here I visited with my friend who had been once before. The man was very pleasant, Patient with my order and gave me an unexpected discount. He made sure we knew our expected waiting time and after a browse at the teeshirts In the window next door we waited outside the store. The man working the counter/ cooking let us know how long we had left to wait even though he was busy. I found that to be comforting in my wait to fulfil the desire to eat. On time he gave us our food with many thanks and we left, found a spot to eat then had a decent conversation about the food most of the way through the food about how the flavours all separated in your mouth but also came together and the mouthful lasted for a decent while as you explored each one. The only thing we had an issue with which has no effect to my overall rating but might be one to take note of was that the kebab was rather saucy at the end and we were only given enough napkins for one person. Overall it been two hours since I ate from this restaurant. I am full. Not overly full. A nicely full where I know I will sleep well...
Read moreOverpriced, tasteless, lacking any sort of vision for the product. I’ve just had a large falafel wrap and was massively disappointed.
First impression from looking: kinda small, overflowing pita, soggy at the bottom.
First thing you get to eat is lettuce and shredded carrot. Sprinkled on the top is tabbouleh, which you don’t really get to enjoy as the small amount present falls out into the wrapper anyway. Why is it not placed inside the pita?
After 10 bites of only lettuce and carrot (and some soggy pita) I am wondering if they forgot to add any sauce, actually anything besides these 2 ingredients at all.
I finally get to the falafel, which has the texture of mashed potato and the flavour of a piece of cardboard.
I’m still searching for the sauce.
Eventually I find it. It’s all over my hands after taking the last bite of pita mixed with falafel. Adding sauce first and then never again is a genius way to torture me.
My girlfriend had something else and thought it was fine. I can definitely not recommend the...
