Pizza Hut Dunedin North — Restaurant in South Island

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with a pizza delivery service from Pizza Hut Dunedin North that failed to deliver my order for my son at his hostel. I placed my order well in advance, specifying the delivery time and providing clear instructions for my address. My son eagerly awaited the arrival of the pizza, However, the delivery never came, and there was no communication from the company regarding the delay or any attempts to rectify the situation. The representatives seemed disinterested and did not provide any clear explanation or resolution for the failed delivery. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, with no pizza and no reasonable explanation for the mishap. What bothers me most is the lack of accountability displayed by the company. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and did not offer any compensation or alternative solutions. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of commitment to providing quality service. This experience has certainly left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this pizza hut Dunedin North...

Absolute shitshow. The pizza was missing half of the toppings that it should have come with; no pineapple, red capsicum or pesto sauce. I asked for a normal tomato base -- which was explicitly mentioned on the receipt -- but they gave me the novelty spiced fruit base.

When I picked it up, the big, fat-headed lightweight that served me was slurring his words and starring into space. Not sure what was going on there.

I usually go to the Domino's down the road but I thought I'd try out something from Pizza Hut's new range. Big mistake! I'll be laying a complaint with the management of this joint, in the hope that no one else has to get ripped off like I did. I know it's just a couple of pizzas, but it ruined what was, up until that point, the best Sunday of the year.

Owner is a real piece of work. My mom made an error in her online order and called up to see if it could be changed or fixed. According to owner pizzas and in the oven within 10 seconds of order being placed. Her was extremely standoffish and unhelpful. Not the first time we've been treated poorly. First time was ordering pizzas I including 1 Gluten-Free one. Was called on the way to pick up order that they didn't have any Gluten-Free bases left but that we could have a regular one (I cannot have gluten) and that the rest of our order was ready to be picked up. He was reluctant to give refund. Had to go to south Dunedin store to get pizza while the rest of the pizzas were cold by the time we finally got to eat
