Taco Bell Dunedin — Restaurant in South Island

For the first time I tried a Mexican lunch combo at a Cafe so delicious and yummy. I looked at the menu board with photos while writing down my order on a piece of paper what I wanted Speciality 1 x Chessy Gordita Crunch Singe, Coke Zero Sugar and chips. Then asked me what meat? Beef? I answered "yes!" Reminded of me had a Mexican dinner meal with nachos sometimes. I felt the vibration of a order number had a special light on by letting me know when my lunch meal arrived by one of the staff workers at a table to me. Before two of us left the premise. Did an online order earlier today via their website all confirmed and paid for. Delivery guy phones me up to tell me my order isn’t there? I then call up Taco Bell to ask them where my order is and they told me that they can’t find it. I then gave them the order number but they then said that’s not how it works. The doing via name not order number. After a 30 min dispute between the manager and I they then told us there was nothing they can do then hung up. No food no refund. I have proof of everything, the order number, the confirmation text, email, even have a receipt and money has come out of my bank but apparently that’s wasn’t good enough for them. Enjoyed a delicious meal from Taco Bell last night! It was my first time ordering with them, and I'll definitely go back again!

Everything was freshly made and so flavourful! Definitely made for a great and enjoyable Friday evening dinner for two! 👌🏻
