ETA: I spoke on the phone to two different people, & was told I would get a call back to resolve it - it didnt happen. I retract my previous excellent review. They've gone right down hill, the food quality has completely changed. Maybe they're trying to make up for the lost income during lockdown by buying cheaper meat & stretching out the use of what isn't quite fresh. The food is so oily it seeps through 2 layers of packaging. They got our orders wrong a few times, the last time they messed up (by adding things they were told the customer is allergic to), they promised to refund for it but didn't. I guess they got too popular & can't cope...

My first visit to The Ottoman and I am so pleased with the whole experience. Food was excellent. So much flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented (photo does not do it justice). Options for practically any dietary restrictions, even for someone like me with multiple exclusions. The layout and facilities are excellent in their catering for customers with disabilities, even down to a special fold up service counter at wheelchair level. I would love to frequent this place more. Left feeling very satisfied with gorgeous flavours still dancing on my palate.
