⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally made it —been dreaming about it for ages! Totally worth the pilgrimage from East to North. 🛻💨

Skipped the usual suspects and went with the Big Pot Stew (trust the boss—go with pork 🐷, your taste buds will thank you). One bite and I was transported back to my childhood—somewhere in the northwest, at some uncle’s house, eating the stew of my memories. 😭

Fermented veggie and potato slices? Mind-blowingly good. First time trying it and I’m officially a fan. Shaozi noodles? Oh yes. Go with the three-flavor option like the boss recommends, then halfway through, hit it with some chili oil and boom—flavor upgrade unlocked. 🔥

And the cherry on top?!Complimentary house-made pickles and a surprise zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival. As someone from a single-person household who wants festive vibes but doesn’t want a dozen zongzi haunting the freezer… this was perfection. 🎁💚
