Aroma Bakery cafe — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Arrived for breakfast, have been many times before but now under new ownership I will not return. Had to repeat my order 3 times, one meal came out then waited for the other 2 meals for 5 mins, didn’t receive cutlery , when the second meals arrived they were wrong, kids meal was cold, with wrong eggs I only received sides no eggs then got replacement eggs but my bacon was cold and like cardboard as was the child’s meal, the staff laughed it off, they were more attentive and interested in their friends that were seated around us had to ask 3 times for a high chair.

Oh dear . Requested a toasted sandwich on whole meal cheese and Pineapple. I was told they don’t have pineapple. So we waited toasted Cheese and tomatoe sandwich arrived on white . Cheese not melted tomatoe not even warm . Charged me $8.50 for toasted sandwich. They did Re toast it. But they weren’t really bothered Chai tea Luke warm and so weak. Won’t...

Placed an order for 4x omelettes delivered via Uber eats ( Tomato, mushrooms and spinach). Almost NO tomato and NO mushrooms, omelettes was filled with 80% unions and ice cold! Very disappointed!!! 1 of the omelettes couldn’t be eaten, as the person can’t tolerate unions. Waited 1 hour 6 minutes...
