Carl's Jr. Albany — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Wow ,I did not expect that. Before reading this, please DO NOT consider going to this place. I am trying to save you money. I promise. It was all going well until we ordered our food. First of all they delivered the food to the wrong person. The person was sitting in the table infront of us. We say him lick the food, and way a portion of it. As he returned it, I went up as well to see what was going to happen. The waiter just gave me the same food that the man had just returned. The EXACT same one. Even when he bit it and licked it. I told her to make me another one because this was in in healthy. As you would expect they would make you another one, but this’ll lady wanted to have a go at me. She made fun of me because I wanted to get a new burger. I just told her to make one then I walked away. It was Christmas and the burger that could take me 10 minutes to make at home still had not come. Finally new year, it arrived, it was cold and yuck. PLEASE DO NOT go here. Go to the other one in constellation drive, it’s more healthy and much better service . I wis there was a 0 Star, because this store would be the number one...

Heavily way over priced for what you get, Don't waste your money on this over cooked,dry,no care taken,bland and flavourless rubbish. I drove past the new Glenfield branch to eat @The Albany Carl's Jnr as a treat and was very disappointed. It cost me over $102 for a family of x6 and I feel let down and disappointed in the food and overall experience. The customer service ignored us for 3 - 5minutes while we stood @the tills waiting,after taking 10 - 15minutes to receive our food,all the chips were stone cold, the loaded style fries had barely any aioli on them and our two special Double western burgers were cold and missing the mayo we asked to have added to the burgers, there was absolutely NO mayo on them.Then we had to wait even longer for the burgers to get corrected,which didn't get replaced..They were the same stone cold burgers with mayo added to them and after 5mins of waiting for them to be fixed, all the other food items were now even colder..Not impressed, Will avoid this...

This was my first time trying Carls Jr, will DEFINITELY be going back, the food was lovely and tasted like quality, I got 2 burgers, chips and a drink for 15$ which is crazy. The cheese was actually melted on the burgers for once unlike other fast food restaurants, the chips were nicely salted and the overall meal was absolutely amazing and filling. The service was crazy good, our server was super nice and even showed us to a table, next thing you know as soon as we sit down the food is being BROUGHT OVER TO US. Usually you need to collect it from the counter which was a nice change for me. The atmosphere is lovely too, the Albany branch has a-lot of windows with some decent scenery, the place was tidy with no food on the floor and no food left on tables, it had a nice layout and it wasn’t too busy. Definitely a new favourite and I will be going back, I recommend you try this restaurant if you...
