Five star — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this restaurant. I was told they would honor a voucher I had, and I even went as far as sending a copy to their address in Fairview Heights as requested. Despite following up multiple times via email, they ignored all communication and never acknowledged the voucher.

This level of disregard shows a clear lack of professionalism and personal integrity from the owner. It’s not just poor service—it’s dishonest. Five stars has been my go-to for vietnamese food for a very long time. Service and atmosphere is great as usual. However, I'm writing this review to show my concern as I really want this restaurant to do well.. I'm not sure what happened but the taste of the food has gone downhill. The chef must have changed or whoever is cooking now is a newbie, since the wonton tasted and smelled sour, and also the fried rice was greasy and didn't have that smoky flavour...! Please, I hope you guys can fix whatever problem is happening in the kitchen as I really want to taste...
