Update: It is such a pity that the current Promo that you are running to give every client a scratch card with every coffee purchased - it just seems to be another Big Rip Off. You are not advertising the promo at the Albany Branch of your franchise. Even the staff don't know much or anything about the scratch cards that are supposed to be issued. We.were.there on Thursday late afternoon - shame.on you for the bad business that you want to give to your customers. ......................................................

Good Coffee, snacks and light meals are served here, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall pleasant experience and has a very relaxing atmosphere when you sit at the tables adjacent to the service centre.

Went to enjoy a large Cappuccino and a Espresso Coffee and White Chocolate Muffin, great light meal. Good and friendly service. ....................................................

We have not visited our normal Muffin Break eatery for our Thursday coffee date for some time. Wow, what a shock with totally new staff on duty. It was not a pleasant experience with the staff when we placed our orders.

When I then returned to get our order of Large Cappuccinos, a date Scone and Spinach Muffin (they were cold after asking for them to be warmed up) When I spoke to the young lady who served us about it, she was extremely rude to me and said that she did warm the eats, very strange as they were cold. She then took them, stuck them in the microwave oven for about 10 seconds, and then just slammed them down onto the tray in front of me. I addressed her bad manners and attitude towards me, and she turned her back on me and walked away. When I took the tray, she stood on one side, continuously coughing into her green mask she wore.

When we ate our treats, what a horrible experience as they tasted very stodgy, totally no flavour, and you could actually taste the weird flour used for baking.

We could not believe that the great place we have been visiting over the years has become a totally horrible experience, definitely not a eatery I would ever recommend to anybody again. We will definitely look at another coffee outlet in the mall...

Went yesterday with a friend and asked for the same thing iv asked since the mall opened, so over 10 years. The speciality vanilla drink. I can’t have caffeine so it suits as coffee is extra. The board said a Med was $5.60. When the rep put the price in it was $6.50. When I queried this, he said cos the vanilla shot was extra, and it also came with coffee! I disputed this, pointed out the price board but he continued to argue with me. He clearly didn’t know what the product was, and wanted me to pay more. He asked a colleague for help and then told me the price had gone up. I said he had to sell this to me at what it was advertised at, he rolled his eyes and said I would just have to pay the extra. I refused and eventually, as there was a queue forming, he just put my order down as a med latte which was the wrong product but the right price.

Usually your staff are friendly helpful and know what they are selling. Perhaps he needs more training in both customer service and product knowledge. I also note that everywhere else- your prices remain the same. That...

We went to grab a snack but when we looked into the display none of the labels were on the correct food items. So mum ordered a blueberry muffin and i orderd a caramel macaroon slice. When I asked for a milkshake they said they weren't making milkshakes at the moment.. what? Anyway I ignored it and mum paid, only after she paid the employee went to grab our food and came back saying "sorry it's not actually a blueberry muffin". Now I was getting ticked off. Mum got another muffin and we left. When I started eating my slice it was rock solid! I let it sit for a while to soften it but when I tasted it, it was disgusting. The base was bitter but the caramel was sickeningly sweet. Overall I am very disappointed because I had high expectations after receiving great food, drinks and service from the muffin break at...
