I turned the bag slight, read the customer’s name and kept it inside the warm bag (since there was another order which was not ready) to keep the food warm had to be kept in the bag. AND, so if you may recall - I was the one who told you I am waiting for another pickup, first one I took and kept in the bag. Then YOU STARTED YELLING AND BEING RUDE IN PUBLIC which you could have just informed me by being polite. There are many outlets who keep the delivery bag outside and are supposed to collect it “unless the order is behind the counter”. Tell me this, WAS YOUR ORDER BEHIND THE COUNTER? YOU THINK BY YELLING AND HUMILIATING ME IN PUBLIC MADE YOU LOOK GOOD? DID - YOU, HAD TO ASK “ME” WHERE THE ORDER WAS? We earn this money with hardwork by delivering food in time and neat way to our customers. “Try to be a Good Person and Learn to Treat Others Equally.” I come from a family with values so I kept quite - no other will tolerate your behaviour. I usually eat at Glenfield Buns and Rolls and i'm literally addicted to their pho bo, I decided to try albany to see what it's like since i've never been and the customer service was great. Nothing wrong with the cashier whatsoever, they're very attentive and my food didn't take too long to make however. They put an insane amount of white onion like there was a whole mountain of onion it was crazy, I am going to be honest i do enjoy a little bit of onion but the amount they put it was crazy like who even eats that amount of onion crazy.

I was also slightly upset when there was no coriander in the soup either which is my favourite vege to eat in pho broth. And not to mention the pho broth was a bit weak, it definitely had some taste but it was lacking the salty flavour and it would definitely need more lemon juice to make more delicious to eat. Overall it's a 3/5 for me because the onion kinda ruined it for me and the flavour...

I do uber eats and constantly get orders to pick up from this restaurant. The front staff always keeps the order ready and asks to take the one after checking the name. Today i had two orders and some racist lady started yelling at me for picking up the order. She literally created a scene where she could have politely asked if she had concerned. Very terible service and certainly she was being racist. Awfull service

Replying to your reply check with your male staff who works at front house few days back he only said uber order are kept in front just check in that. Same pickup standards are used as KFC and Mc Donalds as well. Nonetheless you have to be human the main issue is the way you talk and the tone in which you talk. We ain’t stealing from your business just have some empathy when talking to fellow humans. And check your footage to see who has previously asked us to take food from the place...
