We asked Carley to cater our event for 222 attendees and she absolutely smashed it out the park for us. We were super impressed with the set up, the quality and quantity of the food and all our girls raved about the lunchbox idea and what was delivered was value for money. Communication with Carley was super easy with emails bouncing back and forth in a timely manner. We had 23 ladies with different dietary requirements which was a bit of a challenge but Carley came through and provided those ladies each with their own special lunchbox. Honestly i love pies, maybe i love pies too much, my waist line and probably my wife would say i do anyway. Of all the pies I've tried in this great land of the long pie kitchen. I would have to say that this pie is one of the best, maybe even the best I have tried. Prime Beef, Cheese and Jalapeno. Generous size, flakey pastry, absolutely packed with tender delicious perfectly seasoned beef, just the right amount of cheese and the occasional bite of jalapeno for an extra picant flavour boost.
