Pita Pit Te Awamutu — Restaurant in Waikato

Tried ordering using the tablet in store, which took money out of our account but didn't send the order through. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all in sorting the issue, instead told us we had to order and pay AGAIN. They insisted that the money hadn't come out, so we did as they said. After a 17 minute ordeal (there was only us and one other in the store) we finally got our order. We went home with our order, which hadn't been prepared correctly and all the contents spilled out. We checked banking again and sure enough, we had been charged twice. Went back for a refund and they eventually agreed to give us our money back, though again, they weren't exactly apologetic.
