Wow when you read the reviews for this location, BELIEVE THEM. Apathy must be the staff's motto. You may start to wonder about the meaning of your existence as their eyes take on a deep, glazed over distant look as you try to wrangle information out of them or attempt to order. In other words, it was way way way below average service, almost to the point where I wonder if they are prisoners forced to work there. Asking general questions about what they have on the menu will be useless because they "don't know the menu." They will guess if your order sounds like something they vaguely serve and if not, they'll tell you they don't have it despite it actually being on the menu. Complaint about Terrible Service and Extremely Sweet Herbal Tea

I visited Meet Fresh in Auckland City and ordered a herbal tea. I expected a no sugar herbal tea, but the staff didn’t even ask about the level of sweetness and simply gave me the sweetest version possible. It tasted more like sugar water than tea, which completely ruined the experience.

On top of that, the service was shockingly rude. One of my companions greeted a staff member, but they just turned around and walked away without responding. This level of unfriendliness is unacceptable, especially in the heart of Auckland.

I expected a simple, no sugar herbal tea but instead got an unpleasant drink and terrible service. I strongly demand an apology and a refund. Such behavior is a real shame and has made me never want to visit this...

Dessert is great; however, the customer service is among the worst, I must say. We attempted to place an order, waving to the employee twice with no response. The female employee was engaged in conversation with a colleague while a customer is clearly waiting. Eventually, the waiter approached, and we placed our order. When our food arrived, there was no communication; she simply placed it on the table and walked away, making me feel very unwelcomed. Toilets are unbelievably unclean.
