Puen Eatery & Bar — Restaurant in Waitematā

Private function made us feel disappointed and not enjoy having lunch here today. The speaker is quite powerful, singing 100% all the time. It's very hard for us to listen each other while having lunch.

To be honest and to be fair to customers, they should inform customer in advance [I booked the table couple days before but no information given. ] if they plan to have this kind of function and for sure they know it will be super loud in the restaurant. We booked in advance, not walk in, which means that we "plan" to enjoy our meal here without any other option in mind. When we arrived and saw the atmosphere inside, we would like to cancel to have meal at this place but since we did not plan for other options we have no choice.

I just love this place!!! They're food is yummy and portions are generous. I ordered the papaya salad original style and it delicious. Moreover, I like the live band which plays both English and Thai songs. You can even sing if you wish.

The space is quite big so it is perfect for large groups. Since it is new, the restaurant looks clean, even the toilet.

I will definitely come back here with some more friends. Highly...
