Domino's Pizza Porirua — Restaurant in Wellington

PORIRUA DOMINOES PIZZA STORE, your so called manager named “BARRY??” (Indian guy 30ish working on 29th January 2019, 10:45pm shift) Needs to be retrained and inducted in a customer service course, because he has no skills in this area.

No greetings, no smiles, aggressive attitude, I had to remind him that I was the customer and he was getting paid to take orders and that giving me attitude because I had interrupted his “cleaning” was not good customer service.

Told me to wait while he cleaned his counter tops down, because his job was more important at that time than serving customers.

I asked his for his name because I thought his service was lacking, he challenges me on why I would complain.... I tell him the reason.

“Barry??” and I exchange words, he really doesn’t give a continental f**k, I leave and go to Pizza Hutt instead.

Good luck dominoes head office and marketing team, because if this is your manager at the Porirua store then all the advertising in the world doesn’t work especially if your front of staff or the face of your business is run by someone who clearly doesn’t want to serve customers.

Oh and your robot better not tell me to complain on your website... I went one better and went head office baby✊🤔💁‍♀️...

I ordered a Vegorama Pizza on 5/12/2020 around 11:45am. And got it delivered to my workplace. When i started eating my Veg pizza i was horrified when i saw pieces of bacon on one slice. I am a strict vegetarian and never tasted meat in my life. I am in a bad shock after seeing meat on my pizza. I was so hurt so i gave a call to the Dominos Porirua and asked for manager. When i explained what happen to their manager he didn't even apologise once. He said that the best he can do is to replace the pizza. Well that was a another shock from Dominos to me. I asked for their email address so that i can send them the photos of meat pieces but he refused and again offered me the replacement. When i denied he said i can order next time and get the pizza for free. I don’t think i will ever order a pizza from Dominos now. I ordered online and it had a green tick next to my suburb signifying that they could deliver there, my order was about $60 and about 5 mins after placing my order and paying via Visa Debit they called telling me they cannot deliver to my area regardless of the green tick next to my suburb. So they told me my money would be refunded in 7-10 working days. Now that is BS. If my money can be transferred into your acct instantly, why can't i be given the same treatment? so hearing this, i had to drive down and pick up my order myself which is utterly ridiculous, Wait around for another 10 mins for my order which at that point had been just under 30 mins for them to make my order. i explained my situation to them and no one seemed to care and no one gave me or my family an apology.
