Hello I ordered 3 pizzas that wear an house and a half late I called the store and asked for compensation for that late delivery of my pizzas as it is unsatisfactory for me to order and have to wait for hours to receive my food, when I called the person who answered the phone said they would provide me with a free garlic bread for the inconveniences of their store and management. It is now 3 hours later and I and dissatisfied with the outcome of this situation. I was promised a free garlic bread after 2 calls with the same manager and here I sit garlic bread-less, starved and disappointed. I can not believe the amount of disrespect and disregard of my feelings and the carelessness of this store and the management team, making false promises and grantees is disrespectful and unacceptable I expect my garlic bread to be by my door before the sun rises, if not I will be forced to take further action and talk to the higher ups about this astounding disrespect of the customer. As I end this I would like to reiterate that I feel completely lost, disappointed and disregarded by this response by the management team I want my compensation please give me what I deserve so I don’t have to take this any further than I have too

A few months ago I set a delivery time with my online order and they decided to deliver it 20 minutes early when no one was able to answer the front door. Rang the manager who was unhelpful and lied as he changed his explanation to me during the call saying the store doesn't receive the online requested delivery times and then tried blaming me for not setting a delivery time. And now in the last few days they've been closed due to a faulty oven, so the best course of notifying customers is to disconnect their phone line? No phone message, no online notification, no communication at all. Completely unacceptable in this day and age with the number of ways you can inform customers.
