Domino's Pizza New Lynn — Restaurant in Whau

Domino is everywhere n yes we have domino's in my country too (expensive but really small) I used to order pizza with sides from your branch but I had a worst experience ever had in my life was I ordered pizza n chicken without NO flavor but received was with spicy sauce and my pizza was so wet n a a bit off smell coz I have food hygiene certificate and I could smell something sour smell ( I had a few bite after I realized) I called them and I told them that I was disappointed with products and the guy was not friendly n he was talking with other staff in non English maybe they were taking about my ordered stuff anyway and they offered me free pizza n chicken 10 packs but I said no I don't want it. Next day I went to work and I felt so sick and I I was not able to work... I emailed them and I revived response with free pizzas and chicken stuff and only PICK UP lol really?? And I emailed them I don't need it and thank you for offering but I told them I don't wanna get sick again. Since then I stopped ordered and I told them my family in my country to not order anymore because my parents are old n have nephew n niece too so this is my experience. Please think before you order n they only offer free pizza and pick up only after you had sick or more...

Thought I would treat my kids to pizza the night before their first day back at school. Base of the pizza was covered in mold spots. After a strange interaction with the store via txt they offered me a replacement which I declined because obviously they aren't very hygenic to be selling this in the first place. They showed up back at my house to pick up my order which I gave back then they took over two weeks to send me a partial refund. Disgusting.

EDIT: Since I cannot respond to the business I would like to state that not once was I ever told it was pan oil and I was not refunded my entire order. In fact I had a very unprofessional phone conversation where the manager ignored me and spoke chinese to their colleagues so please don't lie and say you informed me of anything. Our food was half an hour late, then I received a notification asking for a rating as the order was complete. I rang the store 10 times to try and get through, and when I finally did and told the worker that I hadn't received my order, he told me that my order had been delivered, and insinuated I was lying. Directly after the phone call, the driver turned up and told us he had delivered our order to the wrong house, and had to turn back to collect our order from the house they had incorrectly delivered it to. They also missed one of our pizzas. Terrible, terrible service from start to finish. Would give zero stars if I could.
