HELL Pizza New Lynn — Restaurant in Whau

By far, you guys (at New Lynn branch) are the best who has made the fully custom made Pizza. It has been awesome and the best part is you get it correct EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! You guys are amazing! I have tried 3 other branches before this but they keep missing out ingredient(s) and though I've order it from you multiple times (now a third time), you have been very attentive to details and the Pizza is really YUM and perfect every time :)

A special thanks for the day when I came in 3 min after your closing time but I did not feel any kind of negativity which I usually feel from other hospitality establishments and your customer service EVEN THEN was hats off! and a really good service...

Ordered Smoked bbq ribs and smoked bbq chicken wings.

Chicken wings were not worth it. You get 5 barely cooked wings, with bbq sauce on the top. The sauce is very over powering and the chicken had no season/salt - was very bland.

The Ribs were very disappointing. Same as the chicken, it was just smothered in sauce that doesn't suit my tastebuds. It looked and tasted like they were Boiled? I'm not sure how they actually cook it or if they were precooked but it was very unappealing. I wish they marinated the ribs and then cooked it in the oven bc that would've been better than smothering them in the sauce I requested.

Ok thought I'd give this store 1 more chance, this time I found way more hair in my donut than ever I had to pull bits of my food i don't even want it whoever is either making the cinnamon mix or the dounts needs to either wear more covered clothes or shave first this is yuck and very poor hygiene. Never again this time!

OK WAS MY FAVOURITE STORE BUT THIS IS NOW THE 3RD TIME IVE FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD FROM THIS STORE IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS, YUCK ALSO MY PIZZA QUALITY WENT DOWNHILL WAS DRY ALL MOST STALE MY PIZZA BASE. PS THERE WAS ACTUALLY A 3RD HAIR BUT I DROPPED IT. I FEEL SICK AFTER FINDING...
