McDonald's Lynnmall — Restaurant in Whau

Shocking service this morning not only towards me but alot of other customers were waiting for a long period of time with orders being forgotten about and customers leaving unhappy. This morning I made a simple order for two packets ok chicken bites for my girls. A ten minute wait just to say here is a refund we don't do chicken bites until after 11. I was like well why take my order and my payment over the counter and not notify me this from the start? . I waited the first 5mins went up the manager on said to me hold on I have to cook them then 10mins later as all these other orders got called out I went upto the manager just for her to say we don't do chicken bites until after 11 🙄 and giving my $5 back I'm like what?? I wasted this time for nothing and ended up leaving to go...

The new workers are terrible at their jobs don’t go there because you won’t get what you want lol, I went to get a $15 meal and they took a very long time , didn’t call the order for ages even though it was there, then they tell me there is no ice cream and ask if I like a refund, then I go to the front counter and while waiting they serve someone else an ice cream, when both of these men who worked there told me there is no ice cream, I try get my refund but the worker is talking to me in a very informal way and is taking a good 10 minutes to get my refund, I got a refund for the ice cream, but honestly I should’ve gotten a full refund for that terrible service, so I recommend to go to the one outside of the mall instead of the...
