Ordered Rogan Josh, they put butter chicken instead. I told them that was not what I ordered. They apologised and that was fine with me and they asked me if it was okay to scoop out and I said okay. I then said I'd like a mango lassi if that was with the deal for 16.50 they said no, I said okay, I'll get Apple juice. They said oh thats also not a part of the deal. And then I said I'll get the orange juice bottle instead. Apparently they put garlic naan and then charged me extra for the juice which totalled 20 dollars (they didn't tell me the orange juice wasn't also part of the deal). It wasn't until later I checked the transaction and talked with the worker who said they were laughing about me choosing stuff that wasn't a part of the deal. Wished I had checked the price they charged me before I paywaved. Pretty disappointed. Also had a sore stomach not long after. Could have been to do with them handling everything...

Absolutely disgusting and bad customer service rip off by the this… the man who I’ve posted on this site is the person who served me yet. I ask for butter chicken only because I can’t not eat rice as it’s made out of wheat and I have a bad allergy from wheat and yeast. Yet he try the rip me off by says he can only give me half a portion of a tiny little container of butter chicken but I will still pay the same price $17.50. Why should I have to pay the full price if I’m only getting a tiny butter chicken only with out the rice. I’ve never had this bs in my life were someone don’t understand the word I can’t eat the rice.

I’ve been to the westcity shamiana and they gave me what I ask for with out them turning me down and telling me this bs this guy did to me. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful I will not be going to this place ever. If the owner of this place read this. Feel free...

I had a strange experience at Shamiana in LynnMall today. I’m a regular customer and usually order the same meal—two chicken tikka with one naan. However, when I approached the counter today, there was only one piece of chicken tikka left. I asked if they had more, and the staff member at the counter checked with her manager, who said no.

I let that slide, but then I requested a naan without butter, as I could see the tandoor chef making fresh bread right in front of me. Surprisingly, the staff member again consulted her manager, who refused my request for fresh naan without butter.

Feeling disappointed and unsure how to handle the situation, I paid for just the single piece of chicken tikka and left. However, as I was leaving the food court, I noticed that more chicken tikka pieces had been put out on the counter. This left me feeling confused and further dissatisfied with...
