Marche This is one of the most interesting restaurants in Managua. you think you’re walking into a French restaurant, but then you see hummus, tacos, ceviche, sushi, Philly cheesesteak, Churrasco, etc. it’s a mix of all types of food, great tasting, high-quality meals. And of course, they have some great cocktail waiters. My favorite being Don Julio tequila in their margaritas. They have a wide assortment of all kinds of cocktails, and they are all good. Every time I have been here, the customer service is always outstanding. I can see that they always paying attention and making sure the table is clean and making sure that I get all my food quickly. They are very nice and personable. Shrimp Tacos, crispy, tasty soft tortilla tacos. I don’t think it’s much of a taco though, because that’s all you get is the shrimp and tortilla and sauce. You could actually serve this with just the shrimp that you would be very happy. The sushi rolls here are really good, I would suggest the sushi. They must have a well trained sushi chef in the back that knows how to do this. Because this is in the top five of sushi in Nicaragua The salmon, you can tell is the highest quality here in Nicaragua it’s hard to get great salmon here in Nicaragua as everything is imported. But this is probably the best you can get, with a nice salad and potatoes. The chocolate lava cake with ice cream obviously always a pleaser. It’s not amazing, but it is good for Nicaragua. I would highly suggest this place for an overall...
Read moreFirst we were sat and then ignored, then we were given menus that were dirty, stained, greasy with food stains, then we ordered drinks and literally 20 minutes past, restaurant empty with two or three tables, fully staffed and drinks were sitting on the bar counter. After they arrived, the mojito was extremely sour, basically a lemonade with lots of lime juice and mint. At that point, we asked for specials or of the menu dishes, but we were told a firm no with a condescending attitude. We asked for bottled water and never got it. We had two sips of our poorly made cocktails, asked for the check and when it arrived, service is included, prices are in US dollars (I know surprising, right?) Never said a thing, never coming back and I suggest whoever reads this review, think twice before stepping a foot in this establishment. A shame it is in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Managua they definitely don't know any better. We tried other places during our stay that night, and we were blown away by the level of hospitality, unmatched food, and beverage quality, this is not one of them. I am sorry Marché, I wish I had better things to say about my visit to your establishment, but that resumes entirely...
Read moreDon't come to Marché! Terrible service!
We came here with high expectations, but left with a huge disappointment. For sure won’t come back again!
Not worth the price for the poor service and food quality.
The waiter clearly isn’t well trained, in such a nice setting, he made us feel like we were getting street food.
We got wet spoons right out the kitchen for our soup. The beef tacos were tasteless, for the side sauce and avocado, they didn't offer any fork/spoon until we asked.
Not to even mention that they wiped our table with a smelly rag , served drinks without coasters, and didn't provide cloth napkins.
After waiting for our main course for almost an hour, we asked to cancel the...
