Found what was SOMEONE’S FINGERNAIL in my bread which happened to be in my last bite of food. It was inside of the dough. I spoke to the manager who denied that it was a finger nail and said it was probably some wood from the ceiling. How can it be wood from the ceiling if it was inside of the bread? It is clearly someone’s nail and what’s the point of lying to cover this up? Just be honest and admit the mistake. This is NOT a ‘false review’ like they are claiming. They took my plate as soon as I ate my last bite and was still chewing when I found this FINGER NAIL I was offered a 15% discount at most, the meal was literally $5. I still had to pay for my other food. The manager was rude and in denial. Rubbish attitude and service, unfortunate experience but I would not recommend to eat here after this. I don’t deny that they endeavour to have good hygiene standards but clearly this was a failure of that. Own up to your mistakes. I feel sick and disgusted. I had to vomit when I got back home. Don’t eat at this place. Tacky and cheap service, rudest manager I have ever seen. How can you make someone pay for eating your body parts?! Disgrace

First of all, I was recommended this place for the great Mediterranean food a few years ago and got to go a few times. I am posting this review ofter the latest experiences there. Pita Pita, what can I say? My favorites? Hummus…. Pizza was good. Everything else wasn’t good at all the meat. Lasagna was the most over cooked pasta I’ve ever had. It was not appetizing whatsoever. I was very disappointed. The pizza crust was great. The ingredients were ok. I would give six out of 10 for the pizza. They had really no selection for cocktails. Salad was mediocre. Then we ordered desert and 20 minutes later the waiter tells us we don’t have lava cake. But they tell us sorry and the other deserts were free. I’ve never experienced a restaurant in Nicaragua that apologized and gave free food. That’s very rare in Nicaragua. Baklava wasn’t good. Banana foster was ok. I would suggest to only come to this place to grab the hummus, and some of the pizzas. Otherwise no bueno

The best restaurant in Granada! The atmosphere of the restaurant is just beautiful - ceiling fans give you some nice fresh air, the little courtyard with the plants and the fountain is pretty relaxing. The waiters are very well organized and friendly and they can speak Spanish and English - which is perfect for tourists. The food is delicious: The Jerusalem Mix Plate is an absolute must-try, the wood-oven Pizza is also fantastic. It's also the first place where I got the fresh pineapple juice shaked/mixed with crushed ice - totally refreshing! 👍 When I visit Granada the next time, I'll definitely come back here!

The salad and appetizers were really good, the baklava was very dry and the flavour far from that of the traditional middle Eastern dessert and definitely not worth the price they charge for it. Waiting staff is higly corteous and the setting is amazing. Unfortunately Pita Pita seems to have a serious problem serving food within a resonable time. When I arrived there were 5 tables with customers, 4 of which all had their food already served. I have waited over 40 minutes for a salad, causing my drink to get warm, and my appetite to drop, as I watched other customers walk in, order and get their food served. Not a good feeling at all, considering that a restaurant should not only serve good food but also do it in a timely and professional manner.. Pita Pita's kitchen staff evidently are missing some notions on processes and organization. A real pity. Consistency is fundamental to keep a good service industry operation and Pita Pita has lacked such quality during my 6pm Tuesday night visit. Perhaps owners could invest in hiring a supervisor so as to avoid such unpleasant mishaps from constantly repeating, losing customers and quality. :( I also had to wait long to...
