Rhapsody's GRA Ikeja — Restaurant in Ikeja

I came here initially in February 2024. I ordered their platter. I ended up LOVING the calamari and told them to bring me another round of just the calamari. It came with a certain tarter sauce. I couldn't finish it so I ordered it to go. When I got home I realized they didn't include the cup of tarter sauce that came with the calamari. We went back the next day and had to talk to the chef who then gave us a to go cup of it. We went back to rhapsody June 22nd 2024. Got the platter to go & lamb tacos and when we got home, no sauces that were served with the platter in house were included. This is when we started getting suspicious

Fast forward to July 2nd 2024 we came in got drinks a burger, alfredo bake, and the bread pudding for dessert. I asked for garlic butter and bbq sauce on the side. Burger came with coleslaw and ketchup. I told the waitress to pack everything for us only to get home and they only packed ketchup.and mayo no bbq sauce, no coleslaw, no garlic butter. I then realized that the waitresses steal the side sauces and items. On all occasions we were charged for takeaway plates for all the sauces & left over food. If you are ordering from here and they're packing for u before u leave check your bag and make sure everything is included. I realized this is not a coincidence but a normal thing. As for cubana, pay your employees enough to the point that they don't feel like they have to steal the minimalist...

It's ironic that this place has many good reviews and encouraged me to visit, but it was nothing like that for me.

Whatever you do, don't go at night. Especially not a weekend night.

The food wait time is absurd. My date and I ordered the Alfredo pasta with crispy chicken. Even though, I asked, the waiter didn't explain the menu. She said it comes with roasted chicken alongside and it was nothing like that. And the wait time? Took 20 minutes before water was served. Then another 10 minutes before plates were brought (we didn't even use the plates previously, so I don't understand the importance). Then it took about 30 minutes more before the food came.

Later on, we ordered desserts - death by chocolate and another I don't remember its name. The wait time again? Felt like eternity. By the time it arrived, I had gotten so exhausted of waiting.

And the music? God! Was it loud? Awfully, yes! It has a sort of bar/club inside so that had extremely loud music. You literally can't hear...
