Burger King — Restaurant in Ålesund

I strongly do not recommend visiting the restaurant and ordering food from it!!! YOU RISK OF HARMING YOUR HEALTH!

For quite a long time I visit this restaurant 2-3 times a month. In recent months, both the quality of food and service have deteriorated greatly. The restaurant is dirty - dirty tables, chairs and sofas, leftover food on the floor. Therefore, I already try to take food with me and eat it somewhere in a city park. Although when ordering food to go, very often something is missing and you have to return to the restaurant. Yesterday, May 4, at 16.15 we had to return because the cutlery was not put in the bag... We decided to stay and eat in the restaurant. The hall was empty, but we had difficulty finding a table where we could eat because most of the tables and chairs were dirty. A few minutes later we saw an employee carelessly sweeping the floor with a broom and dustpan. And we experienced a shock!!! He used the brush to sweep the floors and then used the same brush to sweep the table. I wanted to take a picture of it, but I didn’t have time because he noticed it. A little later, a woman and a child sat down at this table. I am sure that this is not only a violation of the company’s rules, but a gross violation of sanitary standards and rules! When we left the restaurant, this employee was working in the kitchen. How can you trust him with your food, are you sure that he washes his hands after using the toilet, etc.? That's terrible! After reading reviews on Google about the restaurant, I was only convinced that violations of hygiene and sanitary standards occur regularly in the Ålesund Burger King. That is, the company does not respond in any way to feedback from visitors. I will never visit this restaurant again. Moreover, I consider it my duty to report what happened to...

The staff here were just a bunch of teenage boys who were joking around when we came in. (I got flashbacks from the boys in my elementary school class.) We were the only people ordering but still they managed to somehow screw it up. I asked for a crispy chicken with extra cheese and these morons forgot my mayo (which is a standard on crispy chickens) I also asked for a Fanta Exotic and they gave me a coca cola.. (how the hell? is this because i’m homosexual?(homophobic restaurant?)) I also couldn’t go inside again because my parking was almost over and we had parked a few minutes away.(also no receipt in the bag which is a scam if you ask me). If you want to lose money on food and not get what you want come here! ❤️ Just go to Amfi Moa’s burger king, they always do us right. I gave the restaurant a three star on “atmosphere” because it was really quiet (because there was basically nobody there (i wonder why). Also my brother tells me that their Banana Milkshakes tastes like Vanilla which atp I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just a vanilla. The workers were incompetent and I deserve the food I paid for. (also I just want to point out that of course humans make mistakes but this was simply evil and homophobic). I hope this gets taken to the administration and that it gets taken care...

I work in the same mall as this Burger King so im here a few times a month probably, they are consistently tasty, friendly, helpful to say the least : I'm often alone at work at the candy-/toy-store in the corner of the same floor, but if my shop is empty i can get another store to watch my store while i run and get food, if its not busy i can wait but if its fairly busy (longer then 3-4 min wait) i can ask them to pretty please bring my burger to work and they will usually, incredibly helpful! I highly reccomend the Chrispy Chicken (+ bacon) or the Bacon King (only two i dont have to order plain) Oh and get an apple sticks for dessert, warning piping hot lava applesauce inside but soo delicious! Will stay warm until you finish...
