Brasilia Bergen offers delicious and very high quality food, fantastic atmosphere and very pleasant staff.

If you visit Bergen, I would strongly advice you to dine at Brasilia Bergen. It is located right in the centre of Bergen in a warm and invting locale.

I was there with my brothers recently, and we had an absolutely magnificient experience. We were met by a fantastic brazilian hostess, who really made us feel welcome and taken care of. She answered every question we had with a warm and welcoming smile, and she made sure to tend to our table at precicely the right times during the meal.

The meal itself consisted of (14?) different extremely high quality, perfectly tendered stakes, freshly grilled and marinated just right. We also had a variety of different side dishes (I can`t remember the name of any of them), which all suited the different meats perfectly. The chefs told us a bit about the different kinds of meat as we were served, and they were very pleasant and highly knowledgeable.

Not a single piece of meat was even a hint of dry, and it is obvious that Brasilia has chosen to serve meat from the highest shelf instead of cutting costs by serving lower quality meat.

Regardless of this fact, Brasilia is still very affordable. We paid ca $49,- pr person for the full meal, and we all agreed that this was the best food experience we have had in Bergen.

Pandemic is still hard to beat. A midst of it we managed to celebrate my birthday there. Kl16. 00 was a bit early. I love it because I got the time to see the view of this restaurant without human. I got the style like a rodeo vibe, I spotted skulls (maybe real), the lighting is great, the set up was good. I was caught a surprise when I couldn't find a normal knife 😂silly me ofc I'm gonna used a butcher knife. Moving on, sense it was a buffet and we forgot it what we have told to do. The waitress gave us some kind of two coin shape like. Stop and go thing if you don't flip the card in stop mode the man serving 12 different kinds of meat will definitely keep coming 😂so you have to watch it as to when you flip it. So as of the foods(buffet style) choose whatever u need on your plate. We were stuffed our stomach. It's ashame that we couldn't taste all the 12 meat....

I am absolutely not happy with the visit that I had in this restaurant today. First off when we arrived we got dirty table and greasy chairs and the waitress ask us to move back to our table. She cleaned it and she asked us to move again becouse it was a reservation. It will be not a problem but the sofa was still wet… She didn’t notice that we need a water twice. I do speak only English and few times all the time she talk to me in Norwegian, after few times I said that I wish her to speak English, after that she speak again in Norwegian. I have no words to describe how bad I felt today. That was my boyfriend birthday and I feel like the girl that should take care about us atmosphere completely destroyed the evening. I have been few times before in your restaurant and I was very satisfied and that was a pleasure time and now I think I will not do that...
