Usually Oslo gets these hipster kinda concepts all the time, but this time it is different. This time the new concept is so exceptionally executed that it leaves you in awe.

What an amazing experience. Rating this food is like rating an outer body nirvana experience, you don't know where to start, how to explain it, or what words to use. The closest word is "Perfect".

I bought 8 tacos, got them relatively quick, and I also bought the sauce to dip in, and wow. The dipping is real, and the whole experience is so well tailored for the taste buds that you experience grief when finished eating.

Tip! You can drink the dipping sauce/soup. It's such an exhilarating "desert".

You can choose between 1 and 4 birria tacos, that have a range of price from 65 to 225 NOK. You can only order with or without beef (it’s a tiny menu) and they come with cheese, onion, coriander and lime. You can also choose if you want mild or medium spice for the sauce. They have a crunchy tortilla and lots of flavor, but are quite small if you have a big appetite. You can also order broth to have with the tacos.

Quesabirria with zero flavor&spices but hint of a beef. Taco is dry and consommé is blend(how can you have consommé while you make birria ?? Totally different spices, thickness of sauce, different vegetables). If it's a birria taco, at least dip tortillas in sauce and grill it.

Don't ever order consomme ramen. Insult to French, Mexican and Japanese at the same time....
