I think this is one of the good places to eat Syrian food in Oslo. Shawarma there is amazing. The place and service are good. Prices are also affordable comparing to others and considering the good place, service, and foods quality. If you are going to order Shawarma just order the sandwich not the plate, since there is much difference in the price for almost the same quantity. Moreover, it is also for families or inviting friends. If you are driving you might find some difficulties finding parking and you might park your car somewhere and walk to the restaurant. One more unfortunate thing that I don't like there is that they do not respect their opining hours and do not care about you if you arrive there after 9pm, although their mentioned closing hour is 10pm. I went there three times and got declained to be served after 9pm. During three times, I drove for long way. I thought for the first time that it wasan exeptional day, but when I back second and third time it was exactly the same. In the last two times, I had a guest and they made me in a bad situation with him. The prices are getting more and more high flying like diesel and the amounts are getting smaller It's not a Michelin star restaurant can I ask why ? The waiter was not helpful and didn't show any interest in helping or understanding. getting a child satisfaction would bring a prosper of food work if you advertise your restaurant as A FAMILY one .
We had a few kids with us he left us without water and a long wait time for kids meals . As he seted us on a small table next to the w.c. I had to go get water for the kids after 20 minutes of waiting and the food was not yet there as they forgot one child meal and got served with the payment !!
I will never go back there until they consider getting a trained kind hostess .
The table was not clean as well.
I know that the restaurant management is so good and they will do something...

The shawarma was rolled in a crispy khubuz bread that was not how u would expected a shawerma. When we complained the chef showed up with an apology dish instead and agreed that the rice were not mandi rice. They had no portions for kids and were charging customers according to the chairs they were consuming (senseless). Very dissatisfied will not recommend. Only decent thing was the starter humus and baba ganosh. The pita accompanying that was...
