Saray restaurant — Restaurant in Oslo

It was my 2nd visit to this restaurant. First visit was with a friend and it was ok. Good was good and service was good too. So I decided to take my family in weekend. But this time it was an utter disappointment. The floor was not clean to begin with. Food portion was small and service was very bad. I requested extra bread waited 15-20 minutes, I reminded again and still it wasn't brought. I told at the counter while leaving about the services and thru said "sorry", but I didn't see any sign of "sorry" on their faces. So over all very bad experience , will never go again and will never recommend to any friend or family. Avoid this place on weekends, because when it is busy, they panic, they are not very professional to handle many guests. One of the worst restaurants I can remember visiting. We ordered take away and we’re told 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, we get the food, but 2/3 orders were completely wrong- and cold. I returned to get my money back and they refused to refund me, but gave me new food, except this time it took them about 2 minutes to bring it out- not sure why we sat so long the first time, since we were the only ones there. I have never been so utterly disappointend in myself, it felt as if my money wasnt spent well. I came to the restaurant twice to order take away. The first time i ordered beef, where as the meat was harder then it was supposed to be. My teeth was badly hurt just by eating it, not only that but it was so hard that it gave me lots of stomach pain. The second time i ordered kebab, it tasted really greate but half way through eating it i bite into something that feels like a stone and looks like a stone. I ordered twice and was disappointed...
